Key Responsibilities

• Collect evaluate and document adverse-event reports for marketed and investigational products.
• Conduct literature reviews and support safety signal detection activities.
• Prepare safety narratives and case documentation according to FDA and global guidelines.
• Collaborate with safety physicians regulatory affairs and medical affairs teams.
• Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) FDA and ICH regulations.
• Assist with safety-database entry audits and quality reviews

What Youll Bring

• Education: PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Licensure: Active U.S. pharmacist license.
• Experience: Pharmacovigilance or drug-safety preferred. Hospital ambulatory community or managed-care pharmacists with strong documentation skills are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Excellent written communication analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail
