- Our office is located in 6510 Abrams suite 125 Dallas, TX 75231.

Role Description

Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
