ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With more than 21 years of experience in the insurance industry and 14 years as a State Farm Agent, I’m proud to have built a career centered around helping customers, developing people, and growing a successful agency. Born and raised in Oak Cliff, Dallas has always been home. After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Business, I went on to build two agency locations in Dallas and Mesquite and now lead a team of approximately 12 professionals.

Our agency has a high-energy, goal-driven culture. We set big goals and hold ourselves to high standards, and that commitment has helped our agency consistently rank among the top 5% of State Farm agencies for several years. Outside of the office, family and fitness are a big part of my life. I’ve been married for 11 years and am a proud mom of four—Giselle, Matias, and twins Mauricio and Alessandra. I also love exercising and staying active, which reflects the same discipline and drive I bring to our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Imelda Mendoza - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
