The role can be worked remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid arrangement from our Albuquerque office location. Practice areas include Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise Liability, Products Liability, First Party and PIP. Responsibilities Managing cases through all phases of litigation Taking and defending depositions Motion practice and discovery Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations Client communication and reporting Trial preparation Qualifications Seeking attorneys with 2+ years of insurance defense experience to join our general liability defense team.
