The EmERge program is divided into three parts:

1. 14 weeks of accelerated boot camp and initial training.
2. 20 weeks of hands-on, immersive training guided by an experienced clinician mentor.
3. A one-year work commitment after training is required, totaling two years.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited veterinary school Passed (or pending) the NAVLE Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of interest

Compensation During the Program: Weeks 1-14: $4615.38 bi-weekly (equivalent to $120,000 annually) Weeks 15-34: $4615.38 bi-weekly (equivalent to $120,000 annually) Weeks 35-52: (Market Rate starts here moving forward if you're ready to start experiential training by week 37.
