We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Austin Texas, Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.The Operations Specialist supports execution and performance across warehouse and logistics operations by coordinating activities within the supply chain network, ensuring process adherence, and contributing to data-driven improvements to enable reliable material flow and service performance.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOperational Execution & PerformanceSupport daily operations by monitoring 3PL performance, tracking KPIs, and following up on operational issuesIdentify performance deviations and contribute to corrective actionsAnalyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesProcess Management & OptimizationMonitor adherence to established supply chain processes, SOPs, and quality standardsIdentify process gaps and support implementation of improvementsContribute to optimizing material flow across warehouse, factory, and logistics operationsConsider cross-functional dependencies (e.g., safety, customs, export control)Analytics & ReportingPerform data analysis to support operational decision-makingMaintain and support reporting tools and dashboardsTranslate reporting needs into clear data requirementsCross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., 3PL) to support smooth executionSupport alignment of activities across supply chain functionsContinuous ImprovementSupport Lean / Six Sigma initiatives and structured problem-solving effortsContribute to implementation of process and system improvementsStakeholder & Knowledge SupportWork with stakeholders across teams to support operational executionContribute to knowledge sharing and maintain understanding of supply chain processes(Optional) Network SupportAssist in data analysis and modeling related to supply chain optimizationEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operationsExperience with SAP/WMS and data tools (Excel; Power BI/Tableau is a plus)SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and execution-focusedStructured and process-driven mindsetCollaborative and reliableOther InformationTravel: 10–20%Reports to: CSCM Warehouse & Performance LeadYou must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.Inclusion and diversityASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
