Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, PACU Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-MA Certifications: BLS-AHA

ACLS-AHA SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in entire work history References: 2 References in the last 48 months Include past 7 years of work experience (If less than 7 years of Nursing experience, non-clinical work history must be provided to fulfill 7-year WH requirement here). 2 references within 4 years of submission. Minimum 1 Supervisor or above, in skillset. RN License Copy On-File (no temp) Education must include city and state Can Pass Fit Test: Y/N Answered Flu Vax: On File or Willing to Obtain Answered (Declinations Not Accepted)
