Accounting Manager

Our client, a respected consulting firm, is seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager to serve as the trusted financial hub for their roster of high-net-worth clients. This is a role for someone who leads with discretion, operates with precision, and genuinely loves bringing calm to complexity. This role is hybrid in Glendale. What You'll Own Client relationship management: primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio, anticipating needs and coordinating seamlessly across internal teams and external partners End-to-end service workflow: full lifecycle of client requests from intake through closure, with nothing falling through the cracks Cash management & banking: monitoring balances, preparing and processing transfers and wires, maintaining clean documentation Insurance coordination: renewals, policy changes, and claims alongside brokers Onboarding & account setup: leading new client onboarding, including bank account openings, documentation, and access provisioning Major transactions & reporting: supporting significant personal and asset purchases, coordinating funding logistics and lender communications, assisting with 1099 administration and tax/accounting filing coordination What You Bring 5-7+ years in accounting/bookkeeping within business management, family office, investment management, or private wealth environments Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong GL fundamentals, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation skills; payroll coordination and insurance administration experience Proficiency in Excel; AgilLink experience a strong plus Exceptional discretion and judgment, with the ability to prioritize a high volume of work and communicate clearly in writing and in person Please submit your resume for consideration.
