Field Engineer 3 / Desktop SupportSeeking a Field Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in desktop support to install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.Key Responsibilities:Install and support desktops, laptops, printers, and serversPerform hardware/software troubleshooting, re-imaging, and repairsHandle IMAC (installs, moves, adds, changes)Support networking and enterprise storage (disk replacement)Manage and update tickets as per SLAEnsure high customer satisfaction and professionalismRequirements:1–3 years of IT support experienceBasic knowledge of hardware, software, and networkingExperience with ticketing tools, mobile device support, and deployments preferredIdeal for a hands-on deskside support technician with field experience.
