This role is focused on customer service, basic administrative tasks, and keeping the property running smoothly and securely. Full training is provided. This is a structured, entry-level position designed for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with rentals, move-ins, and account questions Process payments and basic transactions Answer phone calls and handle walk-in customers Perform routine property walkthroughs Report maintenance or security issues Maintain cleanliness of office and property areas Follow daily operational checklists Requirements Reliable and punctual work history Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple systems) Comfortable interacting with customers Able to work independently after training High school diploma or equivalent preferred No prior self-storage experience required.
