Job Type: Flexible Hours (Full-time or Part-time)

What You'll Need to Apply: To help make the application and hiring process as smooth and quick as possible, please have the following documents and information ready:

• Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
• Valid Photo ID Driver's License, State ID, or Passport
• Social Security Card
• Permanent Resident Card or Employment Authorization Card if applicable
• Two (2) Professional References please have their contact information ready, including name, phone number, and/or email address.
• Pre-Employment Physical must include: MMR immunity documentation, TB screening, Drug screening

Compensation: $19.65 - $22.00 per hour
