Are you a proven sales professional who knows how to build trust, close deals, and deliver a great customer experience?

We’re looking for a motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor to join a high-performing residential home services team in Austin. You’ll work with qualified homeowners, provide customized comfort solutions, and have the opportunity to earn six figures with uncapped commission potential .

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-qualified leads provided by technicians and the marketing team
• Meet with homeowners and conduct in-home comfort assessments
• Present HVAC replacement and comfort solutions based on customer needs
• Close sales and consistently achieve performance goals and KPIs
• Follow up with customers and build strong relationships
• Work some evenings and weekends as customer schedules require
• Stay current on HVAC products, financing options, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in commission-based sales
• HVAC, home services, in-home sales, or similar experience is strongly preferred
• Strong closing, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Confident communicator who can earn homeowners’ trust
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales technology
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
