EMG is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a Downtown SLC property. You will assist the Property Manager with day-to-day functions including marketing, leasing, application processing, and resident relations, while adhering to the EMG Employee Manual. The role requires excellent customer service, organization, and a preference for experience with the Section 42/LIHTC program.
