We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Pasadena, MD, 21122. As a vital member of our plumbing department, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial settings. Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license.
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
