Day in the Life

Up to $4,000 sign-on bonus awaits a licensed professional ready to make an impact in Pasadena, MD 21122. Picture your morning: you review the day’s plan, study the drawings, coordinate with other trades, and head to a commercial site where you’ll install systems, solve problems, and keep projects moving. By day’s end, your work meets code, your documentation is complete, and clients are confident in the results.

What You’ll Do

Install, retrofit, and service water, waste, vent, and gas systems across commercial facilities.
Diagnose complex plumbing issues and implement durable, efficient fixes.
Read and interpret construction drawings, isometrics, and technical specifications.
Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and inspection requirements.
Collaborate on site with GCs, electricians, and HVAC teams to sequence work.
Track labor, materials, and changes with accurate daily records.
Communicate clearly with clients and deliver professional customer service.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

What You Bring

Active Journeyman Plumber license.
Hands-on experience in commercial plumbing projects.
Strong command of plumbing systems and applicable codes.
Ability to interpret blueprints and schematic drawings.
Sharp troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfort working independently and within a team environment.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Location

Based in Pasadena, MD 21122, with work performed on commercial sites in the area.
