Job Description Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy “Serving Families and Their Mini Miracles” Position Details: The position is a contract role with a variable caseload determined by the therapist and client needs. This outpatient clinical position provides services such as assessments, documentation, team collaboration, and liaison between paraprofessionals and families. The role is not fully remote but includes telehealth services as appropriate. Overview: This role supports one or more pediatric caseloads, offering individualized assessment and treatment, documentation, and coordination with team members. Therapists maintain autonomy and flexibility within their practice and are part of an empowering leadership team. Responsibilities: Provide individualized assessment and treatment services to patients and families at a frequency determined by the therapist and client. Complete weekly electronic documentation for all chart work, including assessments, daily notes, progress notes, communication notes, and supporting documentation. Deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions using a variety of techniques and modalities. Liaise with paraprofessionals, family members, and the community as needed.
