Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources Generalist LHH is seeking a Human Resources Generalist with at least 3 years of experience for a full‑time contract‑to‑hire role at a high‑energy marketing company in Santa Monica, CA. The role provides HR support to a dedicated team while adhering to company processes and policies. Responsibilities Updating and maintaining personnel files Recruiting – sourcing, job postings, interviewing, and job offers On‑boarding and off‑boarding, training; developing training modules, organizing and participating in training sessions Benefits administration New hire orientation Perform other tasks and functions as assigned to support other team members and internal departments Qualifications Experience working in a corporate environment College preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Personable, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment Skills Strong attention to detail Effective multitasking Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience 3–5 years of recent Human Resources experience in a corporate environment Work Hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week Pay Details $30.00 to $40.00 per hour Benefits Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
