Kapolei Counseling Center is proud to be an approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) location, offering up to $25,000 in student loan repayment through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP) for our Part-Time employees. This incredible opportunity allows mental and behavioral health clinicians to receive student loan assistance while earning a competitive salaryall while making a meaningful impact in urban, rural, and tribal communities with limited access to care.

Licensed Clinical Therapist Role & Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Clinical Therapist at Kapolei Counseling Center, you will:
Conduct in-depth client interviews and biopsychosocial assessments
Develop personalized treatment plans and administer therapeutic interventions
Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy for a diverse client base (children to elderly)
Review psychological assessments to diagnose and assess client needs
Maintain a clinical caseload of minimum 8 clients per week via HIPAA-compliant telehealth or in-person sessions
Engage in routine supervision, peer reviews, and case consultations

Located in Kapolei, serving clients statewide! Whether you prefer in-person therapy at our office or remote work, youll have the flexibility to reach and support clients across Hawaii.

Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state of Hawaii (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, etc.).
