Qualifications Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Psychologists, LSW and LPC candidates preparing for full license within 3–4 months. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to evidence‑based treatment modalities. Responsibilities Therapists are responsible for providing all behavioral health services to a clinically diverse, “working‑well” client population and their families or significant others. Direct service responsibilities include individual and family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, group and evidence‑based skills training for primary care clients. Staff participate in weekly group consultations, trainings, staff development, and have the opportunity to join an interdisciplinary team to create new clinical programming for the clientele in our communities.
