Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Glenn Dale, MD\n

We are seeking a reliable and efficient NP or PA to join our team and step into a robust, established patient panel. • Established Patient Panel: Step into a thriving practice with a loyal patient base. You will manage a diverse mix of adult and geriatric patients, focusing on both chronic disease management, acute care needs, and well women exams.

• On-Site Ancillary Services: Practice in a well-equipped office featuring on-site bone density scans, spirometry, and exercise stress tests. You will be supported by experienced MAs who facilitate these technical screenings.
\n
• Efficient Documentation: We utilize Athena EMR and prioritize streamlined charting. This role is a great fit for a provider who is tech-savvy and values getting documentation done efficiently during the workday.
\n
• True Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a predictable 5-day work week with strictly no call, no evenings, and no weekends. We offer flexibility in your daily schedule to ensure you can wrap up and be home on time.

Qualifications: \n

• Board-Certified NP or PA-C with a focus on Adult or Family Medicine.
\n
• New graduates and experienced providers are both welcome; we are looking for a reliable, "can-do" teammate who is adaptable and easy to work with.

• Athena EMR experience is a major plus.
\n
• Independent mindset: Must be comfortable managing a panel and making clinical decisions while working alongside a supportive lead physician.
\n
• State licensure and board certification are required.
\n
