You will embed with the world's most complex organizations to mine their workflows, translate their "human" messy processes into our AI-native language, and deploy solutions that go live in weeks, not years.

Your Mandate: Extreme Ownership

• The Architect: You'll dissect ambiguous, multi-billion dollar enterprise processes and map them into precise, executable logic.
• The Builder: You will "code" using a mix of traditional control flow and our revolutionary AI-English syntax to solve problems that were literally impossible to automate six months ago.
• The Catalyst: You aren't just shipping code; you're shipping outcomes. You'll own the relationship, the rollout, and the ultimate success of the deployment.

• You are a Builder: You have a deep technical background and a portfolio of things you've shipped (side projects, startups, or complex enterprise systems).
• You are a Polyglot: You speak Python/TypeScript as fluently as you speak "Business." You can hold your own in a room with a CTO or a Head of Operations.
• You are High-Agency: When you hit a wall, you don't wait for a meeting. You find a sledgehammer.
