MIG Welder Job – Full-Time | Loveland, CO | 4-Day Work Week

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Perform precision MIG welding on structural steel components
Complete Flux Core and Dual Shield welds for production and custom builds
Execute uphill flux core weave welds meeting bridge construction code standards

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on MIG welding experience (required)
Ability to work with structural steel and follow weld specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
