About the Role:

The Warehouse Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of materials within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished products, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production schedules. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts (certification preferred).
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift operator certification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Organize and store materials and products in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to production and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry into warehouse management systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and dispatch.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and participate in ongoing safety training and audits.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
