Inside Sales Manager - Industrial Equipment

We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition, mentor an account management team, and capitalize on our continued market growth within the industrial equipment sector.

This is a dual-impact position (80% Sales & Business Development / 20% Team Leadership & Facility Operations), you will play a central role in accelerating revenue growth while managing day-to-day inside sales priorities. You will combine technical curiosity with sharp B2B consultative selling to guide clients, configure product solutions, and hit quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development (80%):

• Drive Full-Cycle Sales: Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to identify, qualify, and close commercial accounts and channel partner opportunities.

• Consultative Technical Selling: Review customer requirements and system specifications to recommend the ideal refrigeration or desiccant dehumidification solutions.

• Pipeline & Order Management: Prepare technical quotations, process sales orders, track client interactions in CRM, and maintain high deal accuracy.

• Account Support: Provide clear guidance on product availability, applications, and technical specifications to contractors, engineers, and industrial end-users.

Leadership & Facility Management (20%):

• Team Guidance: Lead a small, dedicated inside sales team, setting daily priorities, coaching performance, and driving team alignment.

• Target & Forecast Management: Set monthly/annual sales targets and build accurate monthly stock and product demand forecasts.

• Facility Operations: Oversee local Williamsburg facility administrative priorities to ensure smooth distribution support and customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Experience: 4–8+ years in B2B technical sales, industrial equipment, building materials, commercial supply, or complex solution selling. (HVAC/Refrigeration experience is a plus, but equivalent technical adaptability is welcomed).

• Track Record: Proven ability to manage full-cycle B2B sales, navigate technical product specifications, and handle average deal sizes/quotations systematically.

• Leadership: Experience (or ready-to-step-up capability) managing sales reps, setting KPIs/quotas, and managing stock/forecasting models.
