The day-to-day: As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

You have:

• 3 - 8 years of extensive experience in dispositions, acquisitions and financings of commercial real property.
• Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base.
• Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Admission to the North Carolina bar is required, New York is a plus.
