Operations Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Lead (OPS Lead) with 6+ years of experience managing large-scale network operations and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking, incident management, service delivery, and project governance, along with hands‑on experience with Cisco networking devices and a proven ability to drive automation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Cisco Data Center/Branch Routers and Switches Hands‑on networking device experience (Routers, Switches, Load Balancers) L2/L3 Switching and Routing Protocols Network Infrastructure and Device Management Network Operations, Incident, Problem, and Change Management Project Planning, SLA/KPI Monitoring, and Stakeholder Management Dashboard Reporting, Data Analysis, and Team Leadership Good to Have: Python, Cloud Networking (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI), SQL, Network Automation, and Data Center Networking. #J-18808-Ljbffr Smart IT Frame LLC
