Responsibilities Provide wound care services to patients with chronic wounds, including surgical wounds, pressure ulcers, and diabetic foot ulcers Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' wounds, including measurements, photographs, and documentation Develop and implement individualized wound care plans, incorporating evidence-based treatments and interventions Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques, dressing changes, and self-care measures Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including wound measurements, treatment plans, and outcomes Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities What We Offer Full Benefit Coverage Note: Salary and other benefits will be discussed during the interview process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
