Position Overview: Quick Roofing is looking for a high-performing Roofing Sales Consultant to join our McKinney, TX team as storm season drives peak demand. In this role, you’ll generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted, storm-affected neighborhoods, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through repair or replacement options, including the insurance claim process when applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment with strong earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required) Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process Prepare and present estimates and proposals Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals Requirements Qualifications: Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement Sales experience preferred; roofing or construction experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive Comfortableworking outdoors and climbing ladders Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Available to work evenings and weekends as needed What We Offer: Competitive commission plan Paid training and ongoing mentorship Health benefits & 401(k) Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Why Join Us?
