Ensure the execution of frequent audits to the manufacturing processes in the Plants, with a primary focus on process parameters Ensure and establish early involvement in new programs, promoting participation with the Core Teams and Technical Reviews to guarantee effective risk mitigation. Support the effective implementation of the SLCP in new programs that are already operating in the Plants. Define, negotiate, and manage Cost Reduction Projects that benefit the PlantsAgree on and manage Technical Problem-Solving projects focused on resolving critical issues in the Plants. Manage the implementation of lessons learned and best practices across the different Plants, deployed during the Expert Meetings Provide support in the review and approval of Process Changes and general Standards in the Plants. Manage the team under responsibility (direct and indirect) to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the Process Engineering area in both the Central team and the Plants.
