Position Summary Manager – SAP Commodity Solutions – Enterprise Operations & Risk Deloitte’s Enterprise Operations & Risk practice is seeking an SAP Commodity Solutions Manager to help commodity-intensive clients modernize trading, logistics, settlement, and risk operations through SAP-enabled transformation. This role focuses on leading business process improvement and implementation efforts across the commodity trade lifecycle, with emphasis on SAP Commodity Solutions, commercial optimization, and operational performance. The ideal candidate brings experience leading client workstreams, translating business requirements into SAP-enabled solutions, and driving measurable outcomes across downstream and adjacent commodity markets. Work you'll do As an SAP Commodity Solutions Manager on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for… Lead SAP Commodity Solutions workstreams across the commodity trade lifecycle, including Trade capture, Supply Chain processes, Pricing, settlements, and controlsAdvise clients on SAP-enabled process design across trading, logistics, inventory, finance, and settlement operations for downstream and adjacent commodity sectorsLead requirements gathering, solution design & build, testing, deployment, and process improvement activities aligned to business objectives and program timelinesAnalyze commercial and operational data to identify optimization opportunities, quantify business value, and support margin improvement initiativesTranslate Business related functional and technical requirements into S4 Design and Build roadmapDevelop executive-ready deliverables, solution materials, and pursuit assets while mentoring junior team members across engagement deliveryLead a global team for large scale engagements and maintain client relations A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Our Enterprise Operations & Risk offering enables clients to achieve profitable growth and competitive advantage by optimizing “heart of the business” operations. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field6-8 years of experience implementing, advising on, or supporting SAP Commodity Solutions, SAP Commodity Management, or commodity trading platforms within commodity-intensive industriesGood understanding around S4 O2C, P2P, RTR is required to be able to drive the complex integration areasExperience leading workstreams across the commodities trade lifecycle, including deal capture, scheduling or nomination, pricing, settlements, and market or credit risk exposuresAt least 2 end to end S4 Implementations done. Preferably for for Oil and Gas Industry or Agri IndustryExperience leading SAP-enabled transformations across trading, logistics, inventory, finance, and settlement operations for downstream oil & gas or adjacent commodity sectorsExperience leading client stakeholders, cross-functional delivery teams, and executive-ready analyses or presentations across implementation or advisory engagementsAbility to travel 75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
