Job Description
- Liderar as operações industriais e comerciais da região, garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos estratégicos e financeiros do negócio.
- Gerenciar integralmente o P&L, assegurando crescimento de receita, rentabilidade e geração de caixa.
- Promover a excelência operacional por meio de iniciativas de produtividade, qualidade, eficiência, redução de custos e melhoria contínua.
- Liderar e desenvolver equipes executivas multidisciplinares, fortalecendo uma cultura orientada a resultados e alta performance.
- Atuar na definição e implementação de estratégias de crescimento, expansão e desenvolvimento de mercado.
- Fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes estratégicos e parceiros de negócio.
- Garantir elevados padrões de governança, compliance e alinhamento às diretrizes corporativas.
- Reportar resultados e iniciativas estratégicas à liderança global e ao Conselho Regional.
The Successful Applicant
- Experiência comprovada como CEO, Managing Director, Country Manager, General Manager, COO ou posições equivalentes em empresas industriais.
- Sólida experiência em operações industriais, manufatura, cadeia de suprimentos e gestão de custos.
- Histórico de responsabilidade integral sobre P&L e gestão de resultados.
- Forte orientação para execução, melhoria contínua e excelência operacional.
- Experiência na condução de processos de transformação, crescimento ou reestruturação de negócios industriais.
- Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais.
- Inglês fluente.
