Position Summary

The Territory Sales Manager is an outside sales professional responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and account penetration throughout the Louisiana/Mississippi Territory, preferrably based in Southern Louisiana or Southern Mississippi . Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, this position develops existing customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and promotes Allura’s products and services across the assigned market.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate sales, secure orders, and grow the assigned territory.
• Conduct prospect research, customer calls, in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to identify needs, communicate competitive advantages, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service.
• Monitor territory potential, customer activity, market conditions, and competitive trends while providing management with relevant reports and insights.
• Maintain current knowledge of Allura’s products, applications, and technical services, and represent the company at trade shows and industry conventions.
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned territory and region.

What You Will Bring

• At least five years of experience in fiber cement, building materials, or a related industry.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
