Office AssistantThe law firm of Marshall Dennehey is seeking a full-time Office Assistant for the firm's Cleveland, OH office.Responsibilities:Create and maintain legal files, both electronic and paperLocate and file documents in their corresponding locationProvide full support in mailroom/copy center; perform all pertinent functionsResponsible for ordering and maintaining office suppliesResponsible for upkeep/stocking of conference roomsScanning and data entry into internal databaseDownloading electronic client and other files from a variety of platformsOperate office phone system and other office equipment as neededAdditional duties as requestedMinimum Requirements:High School diploma or its equivalencyAt least 1 year of recent office experience required. Law office experience is preferredMust be organized and detail orientedMust be able to utilize telephone system on relief coverage basisAbility to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraintsMust be able to work with minimal supervisionAbility to assemble files and to file documentation in chronological order utilizing alphabetical and numerical filing guidelinesSpelling must be accurate in order to file documents properly - applicants must pass standard alphabetical and numerical filing testsMust be able to lift 20 poundsSalary range: $33,150 - $35,100The posted salary range for this position is based on several legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Firm.
