Responsibilities :
Required Qualifications :
Education
- Conduct enterprise stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Document current ("As-Is") ICAM business processes.
- Develop future-state ("To-Be") business processes.
- Perform business process modeling and analysis.
- Gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support Human-Centered Design (HCD) activities including: User interviews, Personas, Journey mapping, Service blueprints, User research
- Analyze identity lifecycle business workflows.
- Identify business pain points and operational inefficiencies.
- Support policy and governance analysis.
- Develop business capability models.
- Create requirements traceability matrices.
- Support development of Governance Framework and Strategic Roadmap
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews.
- Support Agile backlog development.
- Document business rules and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of business analysis experience.
- Experience in IAM/ICAM, cybersecurity, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience gathering requirements in government environments.
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Certified Agile Business Analyst
- Scrum Certification
