Business Analyst

This is a full-time, onsite position. Essential Duties of the Business Analyst : 3+ years as Business Analyst within enterprise IT organizations Expert at creating functional specs through translation of business requirements Understand architecture, database structures, APIs, and integrations within the Microsoft .NET ecosystem Define and document test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements Qualifications of the Business Analyst : Bachelor's Degree in a related field Strong knowledge of .NET framework, SQL databases, and RESTful APIs Proficiency in writing functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS (preferred) Experience in the insurance or financial industry (preferred) Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 (based on experience) Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave, and Holidays as required by law This job opens for applications on 3/13/25.
