This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential verification, and other security-related policies at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, process visitor and vendor check-ins, and document arrivals, departures, and authorized access activity in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, entry areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns within the location.
• Prepare clear reports of daily activities, access-related events, and policy-related issues, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
