Job Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status updates and reports.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Support in resolving project-related issues and implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
- Experience with commercial construction projects, including planning and execution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
