Consultant Sap Hr - H/f Cdi Senior
This position is full-time and open to 100% remote work across France.
In a multi-client context, you will:
- Take charge of SAP HR topics, particularly PA/PY/PT.
- Analyze existing processes, propose improvements, and implement them.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: business, technical, data, infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability.
- Monitor SAP developments, propose innovative solutions for your clients.
Qualifications
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You master the configuration of one or more SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, PT) and post-payroll processes (social declarations, reporting)
- You are familiar with S/4HANA HCM or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- You have a good understanding of French social legislation (Labor Code, collective agreements, DSN)
- You understand the clients' challenges and can propose adapted solutions
- Working in a multi-client context does not frighten you, you know how to manage a schedule and its priorities
- You are curious and follow the evolution of SAP solutions
- You enjoy working in a team
