Clinical Research Assistant – Front Desk Chicago, IL Looking to start a career in clinical research or healthcare? IMA Clinical Research is hiring a Clinical Research Assistant to support front desk operations and patient coordination at our research site. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, aspiring healthcare professionals, or candidates with medical office, administrative, or customer service experience who are interested in gaining hands-on clinical research exposure. Responsibilities Greeting and checking in study participants Scheduling appointments and answering calls Supporting research staff with documentation and administrative tasks Assisting with patient interviews and basic clinical data collection (training provided) What we’re looking for Strong communication and organizational skills Medical office, healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Interest in healthcare, psychology, behavioral health, or clinical research Join a collaborative team and gain valuable experience in the growing clinical research field.
