- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow in your role
- Interest in restoration, construction, or a related field (Preferred)
- IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred)
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide 5-star service.
- Light Demo: Remove non-structural elements like drywall, flooring, and fixtures
- Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.
