Head of Operations

Location: Visalia, CA Starting Salary: $120,000 / year Randstad Visalia is seeking a strategic Head of Operations to lead safe, efficient, and profitable warehouse, logistics, inventory, facilities, and customer service operations across U.S. sites. you will build high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/5S), manage operational budgets, and oversee major projects, expansions, and M&A integrations as business grows nationwide. This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership in operations, distribution, or manufacturing, along with multi-site experience, strong business acumen, and proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred). A bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, business, or equivalent experience is required, along with willingness to travel between facilities and customer sites. Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year. Shift: First. Work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM. Education: Bachelors. Responsibilities Operational Strategy & Execution: Inventory & Logistics Management: Customer Service & Inside Sales Support Continuous Improvement & KPIs: Team Leadership & Culture Financial & Resource Management Safety & Facility Compliance Special Projects & Growth Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, supply chain, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments. Proven track record leading multi-site operational teams and managers. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Core Competencies: strong financial and business acumen, analytical problem-solving skills, and expertise in inventory control and logistics. Continuous Improvement: Practical knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP, inventory, and reporting systems.
