The Packing Operations Supervisor is responsible for planning and directing the daily run of the packing house in direct coordination with the Sales team. This role translates sales orders and same-day changes into an executable pack plan, keeps Packing House Leads on schedule and accountable, and ensures all product moving through the facility meets company and customer quality standards.
