About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic Head of Operations to oversee and optimize its warehouse, logistics, inventory, facilities, and customer service operations across multiple U.S. sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing operational budgets, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all operational activities. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in operations, distribution, or manufacturing, who can effectively manage multi-site operations and is adept at overseeing major projects, expansions, and integrations as the business grows. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 3-5 years' of progressive leadership experience in a relevant field, with a strong preference for those with a background in multi-site operations. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and a deep understanding of operational strategy, inventory and logistics management, customer service, and financial resource management. Proficiency in ERP systems is essential, with a preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will also have a practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S, and possess strong technical skills in inventory and reporting systems.
