Associate Attorney

We’re partnering with an AM200 law firm on an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience who is looking to work on sophisticated, high‑stakes disputes alongside a collaborative and well‑respected litigation team. What they’re looking for 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting. Experience handling complex commercial disputes in both New York state and federal courts , including the Commercial Division in New York County . Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented approach. Ability to independently manage cases while also collaborating effectively with colleagues. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Active admission to the New York State Bar is required.
