Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to support foreclosure matters in Georgia, with a focus on high-volume document and file review in a fast-paced environment. This role is primarily remote and offers an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to gain experience in default services and foreclosure processes . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to apply their legal knowledge to facilitate aspects of the foreclosure lifecycle while working collaboratively with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Review loan and foreclosure documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Prepare FDCPA notices and breach letters Provide legal and regulatory guidance to support teams and clients Assist with special projects and other duties as needed Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school 0–2 years of experience practicing law Member in good standing of the Georgia State Bar Proficiency in software tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet-based platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability Collaborative team player with a professional attitude Strong attention to detail , analytical mindset, and adherence to deadlines Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to evolving processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
