Overview Associate Attorney - Hybrid or Remote | New York, NY Base Salary: $110,000–$160,000. Salary is flexible and open to negotiation based on your experience. What You’ll Be Doing Handle a varied caseload of personal injury and insurance defense matters (premises liability, construction accidents, motor vehicle, property damage, etc.) from start to finish. Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements. Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Conduct in-depth legal research and craft case strategies that achieve the best outcomes for clients. Communicate consistently with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts to keep cases moving efficiently. Collaborate with experienced partners and senior attorneys on complex matters and leverage their mentorship to sharpen your skills. What You Bring to the Table Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Admitted to the New York State Bar. 1+ years of litigation experience (personal injury/insurance defense is preferred). Confident advocacy skills – in writing and in the courtroom. Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
