About The Role The Licensed Therapist provides high-quality mental health services to individuals and families through assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Description Job Title: Licensed Therapist Location: San Diego, CA Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $81,120-$87,360 Date Posted: 08/10/2026 Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy services Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on clinical outcomes Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and staff meetings Provide referrals and connect clients to community resources as needed Support program development and continuous quality improvement initiatives Facilitate psychoeducational groups and skill-building sessions Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and professional boundaries Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Must have an active California License and in good standing with the CA BBS as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
