Employee Relations & Investigations Specialist
DeKalb County
DeKalb County in Georgia seeks an investigator to handle complaints, grievances, and training related to federal, state, and local non-discrimination laws. Responsibilities include intake, interviews, evidence gathering, reporting, and mediation coordination.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field and at least three years in affirmative action, EEO, or HR, with certifications preferred.
