RN – Maternal Health/Postpartum Nurse (Homecare)

Cobble Hill is seeking a dedicated RN – Maternal Health/Postpartum Nurse to provide high-quality in-home care and support to mothers, newborns, and families throughout the prenatal and postpartum journey.

This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse passionate about maternal-child health, patient education, and building meaningful relationships with families during one of life's most important transitions.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $100K–$105K annually

Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments of pregnant women, postpartum mothers, newborns, and infants in the home setting
• Monitor maternal vital signs and assess infant growth and developmental milestones
• Educate families on:
  • Breastfeeding and lactation support
  • Safe sleep practices
  • Newborn care and parenting skills
  • Nutrition and postpartum recovery
  • Family planning and maternal wellness
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Identify changes in patient condition and communicate findings appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New York State
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in:
  • Maternal/Child Health
  • Labor & Delivery
  • Pediatrics
  • Community Health
  • Postpartum Care
• Current BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Lactation Specialist certification preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills
• Homecare experience is a plus
