Ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.Position: Full-time / PermanentShift: 1st ShiftPay Rate: $18-$20/hourLocation: Chicopee, MAResponsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Operate molding and assembly machinery following documented proceduresInspect product throughout the shift and stop production when specifications are not metTrack production, downtime, scrap, and any machine adjustmentsMaintain cleanliness and safety in the work areaUse calibrated measuring tools to verify product standardsFollow break/lunch schedules and department coverage plansUnderstand and adhere to ISO procedures and quality policyProperly mark and segregate non-conforming productsWear appropriate attire and follow all safety/handling protocolsSkills & Qualifications:Proven ability to follow documented processesStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsVerbal and written communication skills; bilingual a plusQuality-focused with a proactive mindsetTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeCompensation & Benefits Disclosure:Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
